The Keys

This project had many hoops to jump through, including several rolls of broadloom carpet getting stolen off the job site. While we were waiting for the product replacements to arrive, we moved onto another part of the building so as to not disrupt the schedule.
An occupied installation with residents living at The Keys at the time of installation, it was crucial our team was especially sensitive to the people living there. Additionally, each building had their own HOA president which meant adhering to different policies from building to building.
